WHO Civil Society Commission Annual General Meeting 2026: Strengthening Civil Society Engagement: Progress, Priorities, and Participation

Overview

This report is both the Commission’s annual report of achievements for 2025–2026 and the record of its Third Annual General Meeting, held virtually with around 105 members. It highlights the Commission’s growth to more than 540 member organizations across all six WHO regions and its contributions to key WHO processes, including social participation, Global Health Architecture reform and sustainable financing for health. It also captures the Director-General’s exchange with members, findings from member consultations, and the 2026–2028 Workplan and Results Framework adopted at the meeting.
